Bit pricey but wonderful food and kind staff

While it takes awhile for the food to be prepared and the prices are on the high side (this IS a top quality Italian restaurant after all), their food is and service are both very good. This place has the best pizza I have ever had, and I've had NYC pizza and original Italian made pizza too. The bartender is friendly and the owner sometimes goes around and asks people if they're having a good experience. I do recommend this place IF you have the wallet for it. The only reason I don't rate this place a 5 is because of their prices. I would eat here WAY more often if they'd lower them a bit.

This place is hit or miss. When they're good, they're really good. On a bad day, it doesn't seem like you're at the same restaurant. Recently I had their margherita pizza that comes with buffalo mozzarella and basil. Guess I'm just used to the traditional margherita pie, but I expected fresh basil on it....but nah, if there was any on it at all, it was basil that was shook out of a dried basil container. Also, the pie was very dry, so wasn't very enjoyable (picture uploaded - it looks good, but you'll be getting refills often). Their entree's are usually very good, though. We like their bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp appetizer, the chicken alla palermo & italian meat loafs are both very very good.

I have only been here once and the food was good! It can be expensive for lunch and it did take some time to receive my food. I cannot stop here regularly because I was almost late getting back from my lunch break. If I have extra time, I would stop by again.

I was seated fairly quickly, but I waited about 15 mins for someone to come and take my drink order. When I ordered my tea, I also ordered the lasagna. The lasagna tasted great, HOWEVER, the entree does not come with anything else. Just lasagna on a plate. No bread, no side salad. Most restaurants have salad and bread included with the entree. For $15 for a sweet tea and just lasagna on a plate, to me is kinda high. Should have at least had bread with it. Even though the lasagna was good, I won't be coming back here to eat.
