I went to Duncan to find a new pistol. After a couple of trips I settled on a gun and made the purchase. A few days later the gun developed some problems and Duncan took great care of me and made things right. Where else can you purchase a gun and then take it down to the range and shoot it? Charles provided excellent customer service and I feel like I've developed a relationship with the employees. My brother and a friend came up to visit and we shot at Duncan's and had a great time! They stay busy, so don't get your feelings hurt is you don't get immediate customer service...

This place is great. They always take care of me. I have gun shops much closer, but i'll keep driving an hour to Wilkesboro to do my business with Duncan.
