Used them in the past but one lady in particular can be rude. After being on hold for a few minutes,no big, this lady asked "what!?" When i was explaing how to spell my name. Take a breath and deal with your customers in a civil manner.
I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered May 6th and they weren't delivered. I had trouble getting in touch with the company at first, and found out that the order was never printed or processed. They are taking care of the order now and are adding some extra flowers to make up for the delay.
