They recommended some changes for us that were more efficient and manageable. I really appreciate their expertise and helping us on the spur of the moment on a Saturday. Do not hire this company! I regret ever calling them. I never expected my pipes needed replacing but they said they did. Now I know why they didn't smoke test the first thing.... because you can't charge $700.00 to replace a toilet ring! They got me gooood.... avoid this company
Terrible company. Charged $700.00 to replace pipes that didn't need replacing. After 3 days of work they finally decided to run smoke in the pipes, turns out it was just the wax toilet ring. Still charged 700. Left a mess everyday day and left a mess even on the final day.
