A piece of history that needs to be documented over time but they are now no longer letting anyone take photos or enter.
Very cool place. If you like exploring creepy places, and have a strange feeling in your gut as if somebody is stalking you the whole time, this is the place for you! I explored every building and it was pretty cool. Its a very spooky place, a lot of the buildings still have most of the original stuff in them, such as fax machines, phones, chairs, fans, and ect. But, some of them have collapsed too. Its almost as if they just left and never came back...which is basically what happened. Sorry if this review is very broad, I've never been good at composing writings. There's just so much to say about this place it's hard to get it all in a reasonably short review. You have to visit it to get the whole experience. You have to jump an 8 foot fence topped with barbed wire, but that just adds to the fun!

We stopped here on our way to the Fall 2015 Martinsville race. It's a spooky and surreal place to see. So much history, so many stories and yet it's quiet and decaying. If you get a chance to stop by this place, even from the outside it is worth a look before someone decides that space is better utilized for a strip mall or something.
