They can't seem to scan the tracking number until 3 to 4 hours after delivery. Just glad I got the package this time.
Polite, courteous, fast service
Mail usually comes between 10-11. Mail didn't come. I call the office trying to see if I will get some mail today instead of sitting here all day waiting for it to come. As I'm expecting a check. Hey.... They don't know if I will get mail today. They don't know if the mail person has left the facility. They don't know if the mail person has wrecked and is injured somewhere. They don't know if the mail person is back at the facility. And they don't care to check to see. Hmmmm.... So is there another service besides the US Postal service that delivers mail...and cares?
